About Us

J.A. Morrin Construction was started by Jeff A. Morrin as a concrete construction company in 1985 in Toledo, Ohio. The company’s main business was concrete construction, masonry, and excavation work. Today, J.A. Morrin is one of Northwest Ohio’s leading builders/investors in 15,000 to 30,000 square feet retail and flex space. J.A. Morrin has built over 45 buildings in the area and now has hundreds of thousands of square feet leased and managed.

History

Jeff A. Morrin started J.A. Morrin in the early 1980’s while working for his father James E. Morrin at Superior Concrete Construction as a heavy equipment operator. It was then in 1985 that he started on his own in the concrete construction business.

Today

J.A. Morrin is made up of three divisions:

1. Building Construction and Re-Construction of our buildings: This is headed up by Jeff Morrin, James Morrin and Keith Westrick.

2. Leasing: While working with local Real Estate firms, we believe in working as well to advertise, call prospects, flyer local prospects to help facilitate in the leasing of our spaces. This division is headed up by Jeff Morrin and Alissa Morrin.

3. Office and Managing of Properties: This division is one of the most critical and demanding. The Office is headed up by our Office Manager, Michelle Collins and Property Management by Vickie Brown.
